ZikBooks provides digital software access. Subscription activation, renewal and cancellation terms may depend on the plan selected at the time of purchase.
You may stop using the service or cancel future renewals where the subscription system provides this option. Cancellation does not automatically delete business records unless you separately request deletion.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis for duplicate payments, failed activation, technical issues that cannot be reasonably resolved, or where required by applicable law. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through the payment provider.
Refunds may not be available for completed billing periods, misuse of the service, violation of terms, or where the service was available and used after purchase, except where required by applicable law.
Payments may be processed by Razorpay. Refund timelines may depend on Razorpay, banks, UPI networks, card networks and other payment partners.
