End User License Agreement (EULA)

License

Subject to these terms, ZikBooks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the software for your lawful business purposes.

Restrictions

• You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or misuse the software except as permitted by law.
• You may not bypass access controls, interfere with service security or use the software for unlawful purposes.

Ownership

ZikBooks, its design, code, branding, content and features are owned by their respective rights holders. User-entered business data remains the responsibility of the user or business account owner.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for violation of terms, non-payment, security risk, misuse or legal requirement.
